Short Run Box Cutting & PrintingWe make our own boxes!This means we can save you money on supplying you shipping carton outer. As we manufacture on a daily basis we have a very quick turnaround on varying sizes. We can print anything on the outside of our boxes from company names to warning signs. Short run means we can print and supply quantities as low as 50 boxes with your required design. MaterialWe mainly manufacture in corrugated cardboard which has come a long way in the last 20 years. It is now stronger and lighter than ever before. What we really like is that now in the UK 84% of all corrugated cardboard boxes are recycled, and those that are not can be reused, composted or incinerated for energy recovery. Box CuttingOur flatbed Crossland 1650 die-cutter enables us to die-cut packing materials with folds for assembly.
We can die cut flat panel sizes up to 66 inches (1.7 meters) or 44 inches (1.1 meters). Box Printing
Printing can be achieved on sheets before cutting of up to 81 in x 77 in, (2.057 m x 1.955 m). Barcode Label PrintingWe are able to print 96% of barcodes used in the UK. Adding these to our customers products can be an advantage when supplying to large or small retailers. |
